The May 2015 Professional Development meeting will be held on Thursday, 05/28/15 at Texas Land & Cattle in Richardson TX, right off of Hwy 75 (Central Expressway) on the SB access road just North of Spring Valley Rd.
There will be a Tutorial presentation/meeting from 6:00 – 6:30 PM and then Dinner from 6:30 – 7:30 PM (includes 10 -15 min for section business announcements). The dinner presentation will be from 7:15 – 8:25 PM. Adjournment will be at 8:30 PM.

1. Process Approach Auditing Using Turtle Diagram. This presentation focuses on methods and techniques to conduct process audits utilizing the Turtle Diagram. This technique can be used by Auditors who perform first, second or third party audits on any standards or requirements. Additionally, case studies will be explored to gain a practical application of this tool and technique.
Dinner Topic: Conducting a Value-Added and Effective Supplier Desktop Audit
Dinner Abstract: This presentation covers the process to carry out a desktop or remote audit. Additionally, the pros and cons of a desktop audit will be explored along with providing best practices to enhance the desktop audit approach.

As the Principal Consultant of Quality Eagle Consulting, Danny Aguilar brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in the areas of process improvement, quality auditing, compliance, quality engineering, six sigma, project management, etc. in the biological, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical devices and automotive industries.
Academically, Mr. Aguilar holds the following degrees: BS Chemical Engineering – Saint Louis University, Baguio City Philippines, MS Management Engineering – University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT. Master in Business Administration – University of Tampa, Tampa, FL
Additionally, Danny is a Senior Member of ASQ. He is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Johnson and Johnson Process Excellence Six Sigma Black Belt. His work experience includes working for Johnson and Johnson, Bausch and Lomb and Sanofi.
In his spare time, Danny enjoys volunteering and film making. He is happily married with his wife Keiko and they have three children: Alyssa (13), Kaylee (12) and Daniel (5).
