She is an MBA, ASQ Quality Engineer, Agile Coach and Scrum Master and is specialized in driving cultural change, employee empowerment and self-organization. As a coach, she has helped a wide range of companies, from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations to increase agility and reduce costs. She is also a regular contributor for Forbes, ThriveGlobal and other international media outlets. Luciana is also ASQ West South-Central Regional Deputy Director. She is an Argentinian who lives in Texas, and is bilingual English-Spanish.
