Quality In The Wind

Mike retired from Trinity Structural Towers, Inc., after 10 years as the Division Quality Manager. During this period he performed design and manufacturing capability reviews for all major international turbine builders. His work involved interpreting all turbine builder tower specifications as well as the embedded industry standards. He performed as the key reviewer for ISO, DIN, DS, AWS, ASTM, ASME and other welding, quality assurance and material standards used for wind energy projects. His duties also involved extensive travel to North American wind farms to assist customers with problem solving and the commissioning of wind turbines. Mike is now offering his services through his consulting company, Glenview Associates, Inc.
Mike has extensive experience with quality management systems and their registration. He served as the Vice President of Operation for Quality Systems Registrars, Inc., from 1994 to1996 issuing the ISO9001 quality system registration for over 450 clients.
Prior to spending a decade in wind energy industry, Mike held quality management positions for major manufacturers in various industries including; The Boeing Company (2001-2003); 3M Robinson Nugent, (2001); Trinity Rail, (1996-2001) and Halliburton Energy Services, (1971- 1994). He is also the holder of 5 US Patents and author of 10 papers presented at various public forums.

Elizabeth grew up in central New Jersey, about an hour from New York City. She studied psychology at the University of Maine. She is the Author of two books, ‘Recession Proof Yourself’ and “I Quit! Working for You Isn’t Working For Me”. Elizabeth is currently crafting her third book on leadership.
Elizabeth’s coaching practice is broken into two key areas: career management and leadership.
